- Via monthly progress reports detailing work progress.
- All progress reports, photographs, permits, and videos will be made available via an online shareholder portal.
How much is the maintenance fee?
$500 per month during the initial 10 years, with a 20% increase every 10 years thereafter.
Will I get a villa title under my name?
You will get a 99-year lease which will be duly registered with the relevant government agencies.
Can I hand over the villa for management and, if so, what will be the charges?
Yes. We will be happy to manage your villa. Our fees will be 10% of the profit.
