The first Property Management company in Maldives. In 2014, Dr. Hassan Saeed set up the country’s first condominium management company. Premier Property Private Limited (Registration number: C-0158/2014).
Today, it manages over 125 apartments at Platinum Residences Towers A, B and C. The company provides extensive services from property management to rental and sale of units.
Dr. Hassan Saeed has vast experience in real estate matters in the country. He has worked closely with buyers, and end-user financing institutions. With the country’s first privately developed condominium (Platinum Residences A1, A2) in 2011, Dr. Saeed has been involved in all major real estate developments.
In the absence and adequate land law and complete lack of laws, regulations or even bylaws on condominiums, Dr. Saeed’s elaborated Sale and Purchase Agreement and House Rules have served as the model for the real estate developers and end-user financing institutions.
In recent years, Dr. Saeed has expanded the company’s business and it currently deals with real estate management, real estate rentals, real estate sales and real estate developments.
